The Heathers come to visit!

I recently had the pleasure of having two of my greatest friends come for a visit. Heather Brasset and Heather Brown (Nee Newstead)have been my friends since I was 8 years old. Heather Brown brought her little boy Trenton. He is exactly one year younger than Levi. They were both born on Dec.16. I really needed this visit from these wondeful girls who know me soooooo well. Enjoy the pictures.

Heather and I LOVE SNOW. It snowed here in Calgary the night before the Heather's had to leave. We all ran out screaming with delight. Heather was smart to put on her parka, where I ran out in my t shirt.

Death by Chocolate

Last night I went out with the gals to enjoy DEATH BY CHOCOLATE. This wonderful event is held at the Calgary Fairmont Palliser hotel every monday night. Basically it is an all you can eat chocolate buffet from 5:30 until 9:30.

Ethan is back for another year, this time with his sister. As we walked into the class, Ethan said "Don't worry Sophie, I'll hold your hand the whole time". Sophie's reply was, "Ethan it's too tight".

Levi was left alone for 2 minutes, while his mother took out the garbage. She came back to find all of the bottled water in the garbage can. Who could have done such a thing?

"Mr. Magnet Man"

This is currently Levi's favorite activity. He goes around the house collecting trains, coins, daddy's tools, etc. If it's magnetic, Levi has it. After collecting his treasures, he brings everything to the table and carefuly lines them up. Lee and I are still looking for earings and special tools. We have a pretty good idea of who had them last.

While we were eating our lunch today, Ethan had a question;
(Ethan)Mommy, is my brother's name Lebi or Bebi?
(Mommy) His name is Levi.
(Ethan) You've got to be kidding! My whole life I've thought his name was Bebi.
(Ethan) Hi LEVI, I'm your brother Ethan!

Off to Kananaskis Country!

Thankyou Granny and Grandpa for looking after our children for three days and nights! We needed this break very much.
